Artservis Proxies

 

 

SCCA-Ljubljana is establishing an informal network of proxies with a free access to Artservis via the Internet.

Our goal is to enable the broadest possible access of this tool to those who do not have personal computers and/or those who would care for advice while using them.

The Artservis Proxy is expected to:

  • include this service amongst his activities and inform his users (customers, members) as regards this service;
  • place a link to the Artservis in a visible place on his homepage (using the logotype);
  • provide a contact person, who will help the users if necessary;
  • define the time when this service will be at the disposal of its users (working hours);
  • pass on to the Artservis office the information which should be included on the homepage or in the data base.

SCCA-Ljubljana ensures the Proxy the following:

  • full operation of the Artservis (regular updates of the database, development and publication of other contents);
  • priority informing as regards the development and what is new at the Artservis;
  • links to his homepage (using the logotype);
  • demonstration of the use to the contact person (if desired also the entire team) and first aid over the mobile phone.
