V Ljubljani bo avdicija potekala 5. in 6. februarja 2013, med 9.30 in 16. uro, v prostorih KUD-a Baobab na Parmovi 25.

WHAT: Seeking male and female dancers with minimum 3 years of versatile performing experience with strong technical skills in contemporary dance to participate in a new international coproduction scheduled for period Spring / Summer 2013, premiering May 24, 2013 and to be held over for 2013/14 season.
Beyond Front@ / Bridging New Territories is a partnership project between dance organizations in Croatia, Austria, Great Britain, Hungary and Slovenia, with associate partners in Portugal, Italy, Greece, Serbia and Slovakia.
WHO: The co-producers of this new work, choreographed by Anglo-Portuguese choreographer Vânia Gala are: FLOTA Slovenia (www.flota.si), Pro Progressione from Hungary (www.pro-cult.com), and Croatian Institute for Movement and Dance (www.danceincroatia.com).
The new work will toured within the network in 2013-14 and with possibility to be featured at international festivals: Dance Week Festival (www.danceweekfestival.com) in Croatia and Front@ of Contemporary Dance (www.flota.si/fronta.html) in Slovenia.
WHEN: Actual dates are to be determined however the rehearsal production period is set between February 25, 2013 and May 6. Opening night is scheduled for May 9, 2013. Touring dates are scheduled as:
Croatian Premiere> May 26, 2013, Zagreb Dance Centre
Hungarian Premiere> August 06, 2013, Ozora Festival
Slovenian Premiere> August 29, 2013, Teatre Park Murska Sobota
Contract with dancers will be for rehearsal period no longer than six weeks. At present there are five performances guaranteed. Accommodation paid. Additional performances will be under separate contract.

Deadline to apply for an audition time is January 28, 2013. Please send your CV, photo and a short letter of interest beforehand to one of the emails above, depending on the city where you will attend the audition.
Dancers will not be paid for the audition nor will any expenses related to auditioning (travel, accommodation) be reimbursed. The organizers may be able to assist with finding affordable accommodation if so required.
